complete beginner's guide - those with no experience with blockchain or
cryptocurrencies, those who know nothing about why decentralized games are
useful, and those who don't know what to use in Wombat.
Let's start
with some common phrases.

What is
Wombat?
Wombat is gateway to games on Blockchain . Our goal is to transform
traditional, non-blocking games into accessible and enjoyable (or even more
so!).
What Is A
Wallet?
In short, a
wallet is a program that securely stores your digital assets (tokens) and your
personal keys. The latter may not be of fixed value to you, but it is important
to initiate and verify blockchain transactions and transactions. Just like in
real life you only have access to your wallet.
Blockchain and its function?
Without
going into too much detail – Blockchain is a web-based technology that allows
you to own your digital assets and communicate with those assets in a secure
way.
EOS and the
EOS blockchain
It can be a
little confusing at first when you read “EOS” and “Blockchain,” and then there
is a token called “EOS” so you see the next number of the word EOS or the EOS
logo.

token is the native currency of the EOS blockchain, and many items can be paid

Telos blockchain

Wombat supports the Delos blockchain with its own currency called TLOS. The
token array in Telos is not limited to native tokens.

Ethereum blockchain
There are dozens of DApps and 100 tokens in addition to the long-standing addition of Ethereum and its crown jewel ETH! This series has different basic operating principles - but we keep the same easy careful approach.
Setting you up
If you are a
new user, you will need to install yourself first. As you read this article,
you can have your Wombat account and everything set up, but if you don't, it
only takes 20 seconds. Here's what you have to do:
Step 1: Use a social login
Experienced blockchain users may be surprised by this move as it is not necessary to use your social login to use a blockchain wallet. We don't sell your data, so don't worry, but keep some control over how much we give away for free and to whom, and your social login is a part of that.
Step 2: Select your backup
location
We do not
want you to remember recoverable phrases or different passwords. At Wombat, we
store an encrypted private key (similar to a blockchain password) that you
control using Google Drive or Dropbox. This way, we ensure that we can always
recover your private key even if you lose your device, and that you can copy
the private key to other devices without us knowing.
Step 3: Choose a PIN to protect
your private key
Select a
6-digit PIN to secure the private key on your device. Keep that in mind, but we
also offer fingerprint or Face ID options if you're too lazy to type every time
(like me).
Step 4: Select your account name
or create an address

Select
your EOS or Delos account name - optionally go to the Ethereum address. The
naming rules for EOS and Telos are defined by the network:

12 characters long
(exactly 12!)
·
Only lowercase
Latin letters and/or numbers 1–5.

Our
service will verify that the name you choose has not been taken and will create
an account for you.

Now
that you are done, you can start enjoying the Wombat and Blockchain gaming
experience.

Add
more account names or ethereum addresses
·
If
the network you've connected to previously isn't enough, you can always add
more account names or addresses.
·
To
do this, go to Settings -> Keys & Accounts and select the blockchain you
want to link. With registration, you can choose to create an entirely new
account name or import an existing one.
Playing
games
Your experience may vary depending on whether you're using Wombat via the Android, iOS, or Chrome browser extension, but typically you'll find a list of apps and games available in the Explorer section under Wombat's navigation ( Click "in the top right corner of your browser window and click ").
Most games open on Wombat or browser, but some needed to be download as own app, such as EOS Knights or EOS Dynasty. This means these games are only
available on mobile devices, but don't worry, you can sign into the same social
login on different devices and restore your account to continue playing on all
your devices.
Most games
and apps use direct login ombs; However, some games (such as Prospector or
Upland) may ask you to sign up with a social account or email before signing in
to Wombat.
Good-to-know
stuff
Resources
Some of you
may have heard that playing games, using apps, or sending tokens to the EOS
blockchain requires resources such as CPU, net, or RAM. We hope you don't need
to worry about these things, so we & # 39; We've removed our resource
system for you (learn more about this). You can play most games in Wombat
without worrying about resources. However, sometimes, your resources aren't
enough to do something or you want to use up more transactions than you can get
from your free plan. This is for Wombat Prime - a one-month subscription, which
includes offers such as additional resources for ₹ 0.99 per month (depending on
your country). We're working hard to add value to this subscription, so stay
tuned.
If you ever
encounter a problem with a game or application in which you do not have enough resources
(be it CPU, Net or RAM), please contact us via our Telegram channel before
contacting one or Try again twice.
Tokens
If you go
into the Wallet view, you can see your own tokens (under Tokens in the Chrome
extension).
Send tokens
Tokens can
be sent via the send button to any other EOS account, including transactions.
Select the token you want to send from the drop-down and type in the
recipient's account, amount and memos. If the memo is almost arbitrary (leave
it blank or type a nice message), it will be necessary to secure your funds if
you do not send EOS or other tokens for transfer. If you don't know, always try
a small amount first and when you know it's safe, take a bigger step.
Sending
tokens to others via Wombat is fun because it's fast (for most tokens) wherever
you are in the world. If you're in the same field, you can scan someone else's
Wombat QR code to fill in the receiver field up front.
Receive tokens
If you want
to receive tokens from others or send tokens to your VomPat wallet by transfer
like Coinbase, go to your wallet and select the token you want to receive. Your
account name or address will be displayed at the top of the screen.
If an
exchange occasionally asks you to add a memo, you can type whatever you want.
No memo is required when sending tokens to EOS and Delos accounts maintained by
Wombat.
The EOS and
Dolos blockchains are very fast, and your tokens will appear in the womb within
seconds of a transaction; However, it may take minutes or hours for a
transaction to process your transaction.
Buy crypto
If you want
to buy some stuff or upgrade your account in game or app in Wombat, you have to
do it with crypto. You can open a Coinbase account by clicking the Cash button
on your Wallet display.
Trade tokens
If you want
to convert a token to EOS, otherwise, look for Nutex in Explorer view. There
are many tokens listed. Wombat can exchange; It,s decentralized exchange on the EOS blockchain with more users.
Other apps, games and tokens
If you want
to access other games or applications that use the EOS blockchain but can't
find them in Explorer, you can use the URL bar in Explorer to open it. We
generally try to list all the apps and games that work best with Wombat (so
choose), but tons can work too.
